Southerly 32 JacanaSoutherly 32 Jacana

Southerly 32

Jacana is a superb example of a Southerly 32, swing keel, offshore cruising yacht, fitted with and in-mast furling mainsail system.

She is well maintained and subject to survey, appears to be in very good condition. Jacana has had many extra items fitted.

The keel assembly was inspected in 2015.

She is a frequent visitor to the West Country, France and the Channel Islands as well as having cruised to, from and through the Netherlands.

The Southerly 32 is perfect for this type of cruising. She has more stability than many fin keeled yachts and is a proven safe family cruiser. If you enter shallow waters, at the touch of a button, the keel can be fully or partially raised and the yacht can even dry out upright on a suitable sea bed.

You will find that even when hard pressed, weather helm is hardly there and she is very controllable.

Below decks, you will feel that you are in a much larger yacht. Well designed and incredibly spacious for a family to live aboard in comfort during holidays.
